– Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Engineer with experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with testing tools, defect tracking, and a strong understanding of the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute manual and automated test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams.
- Follow up on defect resolution and support test reporting activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and testing best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Experience with Selenium, QTP/UFT, JMeter, or similar testing tools.




- Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent tools.
- Positive understanding of Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Microsoft Playwright experience.
- ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with offshore teams or Japanese clients.
- Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai District)
