## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in both Functional and Automation Testing and hands-on experience in the Investment Banking/Banking domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading end-to-end QA delivery, driving quality initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project execution.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end QA lifecycle across multiple projects.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage both Functional and Automation Testing activities.
- Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-focused recommendations.
- Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Prepare and present QA metrics, status reports, and release readiness updates to stakeholders.

## Required Skills





- 8 years of experience in Software Testing with at least 2 years in a QA Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Functional Testing and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Valuable understanding of API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of defect management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

## Domain Expertise

- Mandatory experience in the Investment Banking / Banking & Financial Services domain.
- Good understanding of banking workflows, financial products, trading, payments, or capital markets is preferred.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,784,253.12 per year
