NinthMoon is building an emotionally intelligent reproductive health ecosystem that supports women across their reproductive journey—from periods and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage, abortion, and menopause.

Our AI companion, Nimo , is designed to provide not just information, but continuity, context, and emotional support.

We're looking for a QA Lead to own quality across our product, AI, and release lifecycle.

The Role

This is more than a traditional QA role. You'll be responsible for making sure NinthMoon is reliable, safe, clinically responsible, and ready to scale .

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Design, and others to build our QA processes from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Own QA strategy across our iOS, Android, backend APIs, and AI experiences
- Build and maintain manual + automated testing for critical product journeys
- Test AI conversations for accuracy, hallucinations, emotional tone, memory, personalization, and safety
- Validate end-to-end reproductive health journeys and sensitive journey transitions
- Build AI and product regression suites to prevent issues from reaching users
- Own bug triage, regression testing, release validation, and production QA
- Establish QA documentation, test plans, release checklists, and quality metrics
- Partner with Engineering and Product to identify risks early—not just after features are built
- Help establish a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility

What We're Looking For





- 5–8+ years of software QA experience, with experience leading QA initiatives or teams
- Strong experience in mobile app (iOS, Android), API, and automation testing (Mandatory Requirement)
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, SQL, REST APIs, and bug tracking tools
- Strong understanding of test strategy, regression testing, and release management
- Excellent debugging and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and build processes in an early-stage startup

You'll Stand Out If You Have

- Experience testing AI/LLM-powered products
- Experience with healthcare, digital health, or femtech
- React Native testing experience
- Experience with AI evaluation, prompt testing, or conversational AI
- Experience with safety-critical or regulated products

What Success Looks Like Within your first few months, you'll have built a strong QA foundation for NinthMoon—including automated regression coverage, AI evaluation, release processes, and explicit quality standards across our product.
