We are looking for an experienced QA Lead – Manual & Automation with strong expertise in Life Insurance domain testing, API testing, UI testing, and automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading QA activities, designing test strategies, executing manual and automated testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage manual and automation testing activities across the application lifecycle.
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Perform comprehensive UI and API testing for web-based applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks.
- Identify suitable test cases for automation and improve overall automation coverage.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze defects, identify root causes, and work closely with developers and business teams for resolution.
- Track and report testing progress, defects, risks, and overall QA status.
- Review test cases and automation scripts prepared by team members.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards,



and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA team members.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of overall experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Strong Life Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong experience in API Testing.
- Strong experience in UI Testing.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Automation Testing experience.
- Experience with any one of the following automation technologies:
- Python Playwright
- Java Selenium
- Low-Code Automation Testing tools
- Good understanding of automation framework design and maintenance.
- Experience in regression and end-to-end testing.
- Strong understanding of defect management and QA processes.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
