Job Title: QA Engineer (Test Automation + Manual Testing)

Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in both Test Automation and Manual Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases, ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Experience in handling or mentoring a team will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilites:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and/or mobile applications.

Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing

Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.

Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects with proper documentation.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

Participate in test strategy, test design, and test management activities.





Track defects using tools like JIRA or similar and ensure timely resolution.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

(Optional) Mentor junior testers or support team coordination activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing

Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)

Experience with MCP Servers, AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), and AI-powered testing is preferred.

Solid experience in Manual Testing methodologies.

Experience in test case design, test planning, and execution.

Valuable understanding of SDLC and STLC

Experience with API Testing (Postman / REST Assured is a plus)

Familiarity with CI/CD tools is an advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration skills
