Role Overview

Revolite is looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Database Testing, ETL Testing, SQL Data Validation, Functional Testing, and Integration Testing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of complex enterprise applications involving data processing, forecasting, and workflow-driven systems.

Candidates with experience in Pharma / Life Sciences environments and knowledge of GxP, GLP, GCP, GMP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end testing of application modules and workflows.
- Validate business processes across multiple interconnected modules.
- Execute Smoke, SIT, Regression, Functional, Integration, and Exploratory Testing.
- Perform database testing and validate data accuracy across systems.
- Conduct data reconciliation and ensure consistency between source and target systems.
- Validate ETL processes, data pipelines, and integration flows.
- Validate business rules, calculations, and hierarchical data structures.
- Log, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support UAT activities and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain test cases, test reports, and traceability matrices.
- Validate UI/UX behavior and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with development, business, and technical teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing.




- Strong experience in Database Testing and ETL Testing.
- Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience testing data-heavy or enterprise applications.
- Understanding of APIs, ETL processes, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable defect management and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Pharma / Life Sciences Requirements
- Understanding of Pharma / Life Sciences best practices and GxP requirements.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following:
- GLP – Good Laboratory Practice
- GCP – Good Clinical Practice
- GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice
- Understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines related to electronic records and electronic/digital signatures.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with enterprise or data-driven applications.
- Exposure to forecasting, planning, or analytics systems.
- Familiarity with Jira, qTest, or similar test management tools.
- Basic knowledge of test automation.
- Experience working with complex data models and business workflows.

Key Success Metrics
- High defect detection rate before UAT.
- Minimal defect leakage into production.
- Accurate validation of complex data and calculations.
- Timely test execution and defect closure.
- Complete traceability across requirements, test cases, and defects.
