Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA professional with strong API testing skills, who can also contribute to technical product support. This role is a blend of Quality Assurance (70%) and Product Support (30%), where you will be responsible for testing APIs, identifying bugs, and supporting clients with technical issues. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure high product quality and smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

QA (Primary)

- Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
- Validate API responses, status codes, data accuracy, and edge cases
- Write and execute test cases for APIs and product features
- Identify, log, and track bugs and defects
- Perform regression and functional testing
- Ability to perform automation testing using JavaScript (Selenium) or Python
- Work closely with developers to ensure bug resolution and product quality

Product Support

- Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, or calls
- Troubleshoot API, integration, and product-related issues
- Analyze logs and debug issues to identify root causes
- Assist clients in understanding API usage and integrations
- Handle incident management, prioritization, and escalation




- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
- Ensure timely resolution with strong communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in QA, API Testing, or Technical Support
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Basic knowledge of automation testing (JavaScript Selenium / Python preferred)
- Understanding of software testing concepts (test cases, bug lifecycle, regression testing)
- Familiarity with logs analysis and debugging techniques
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Good understanding of SDLC/STLC
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with API authentication (OAuth, API Keys)
- Exposure to SaaS or cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
- Experience working in client-facing support roles
