We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in testing Data & Analytics applications within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL testing, API testing, data validation, and defect management.

Experience working with Azure Data & AI projects and Power BI validation will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

 Perform ETL Testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

 Execute Data Reconciliation Testing to ensure data accuracy and consistency across source and target systems.

 Perform API Testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.

 Validate Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and business rule compliance.

 Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

 Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools (Azure

DevOps, Jira, etc.).

 Perform Release Validation to ensure successful deployment and production readiness.

 Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

 Work closely with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to resolve defects.

 Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,

or a related field.

 2–3 years of experience in Software QA or Data Testing.

 Experience in the BFSI domain is mandatory.

 Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

 Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.

 Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.

 Exposure to Azure Data & AI projects is preferred.

 Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

 Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) testing.

 Knowledge of Power BI report validation.

 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Basic knowledge of automation testing is an advantage.
