We're hiring Python/Django developers who can write clean, working code and solve problems independently. This role is open to:

Final-year students or recent graduates with strong fundamentals and solid personal/academic Django projects

Developers with up to 3 years of hands-on qualified experience

We're also building a team ready for modern, AI-native development — so along with strong Python and Django skills, we're looking for people open to learning AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI tools as our team adopts them.

What You Will

Do

Build backend systems using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and other tools as needed

Write clean, working, scalable code — and be able to explain your choices

Build and manage REST APIs

Fix and improve existing systems

Contribute to the structure and design of application features

Work with other teams to understand requirements and propose the right technical solutions





Integrate AI tools to improve development workflows as they're introduced Must-Have

Hands-on experience with Python and Django (via work, internships, or strong personal/academic projects)

Working knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF) for building APIs

Experience with at least one database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Comfortable with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)

Basic comfort with shell scripting and the Linux command line

Understanding of REST API design principles

Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, data structures, and algorithms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; learns new technologies quickly

Sincere, self-motivated, good communicator and team player

Curious about AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI, and open to learning these tools Good-to-Have

Familiarity with authentication standards like OAuth2 and JWT

Exposure to application/server architecture, especially cloud environments

Knowledge of design patterns and operating systems concepts

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, or Grafana Perks and Benefits
