Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

Develop business logic, data processing services, and third-party integrations.

Design and implement workflow automation to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Integrate backend systems with internal tools, external APIs, databases, and automation platforms.

Write clean, reusable, well-tested, and maintainable code.

Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases and optimize database queries where required.

Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.

Collaborate with frontend developers to define and integrate API contracts.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and deployment activities.

Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

Create technical documentation for APIs, workflows, and backend components.

Required

Skill

4-8 years of professional experience in Python backend development

.Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django





.Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication, and API integrations

.Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

.Valuable understanding of software development principles, data structures, and object-oriented programming

.Experience with workflow automation, process automation, or building automated business workflows

.Experience integrating applications with third-party APIs and services

.Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices

.Understanding of unit testing, debugging, and writing production-quality code

.Good to Hav eExperience with FastAPI and asynchronous Python programming

.Experience with automation tools/platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Airflow, or similar workflow automation solutions

.Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications

.Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP

.Knowledge of Redis, Celery, message queues, or background job processing

.Experience with CI/CD pipelines

.Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and application performance tools .
