Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Python Full Stack Development, GenAI/LLM applications, RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native platforms. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions while integrating them with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks. Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Python and modern backend frameworks. Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and integration layers connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications.

Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge retrieval and grounded AI responses. Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies. Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes. Monitor and optimize AI application performance, reliability, observability, and cost. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Ensure adherence to security, governance, and data management standards.

Mandatory Skills Software

Engineering 8+ years of software engineering experience. Strong hands-on coding experience in Python.

Experience building scalable enterprise applications. Strong problem-solving and software design skills. GenAI & AI Engineering Hands-on experience implementing GenAI solutions in production.

Experience with: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)



AI Agents / Agentic AI LLM integrations and orchestration Understanding of prompt engineering and AI application design. AI Frameworks (Preferred) Experience with one or more of: LangChain LangGraph CrewAI MCP (Model Context Protocol) Semantic Kernel Backend & Integration Development Strong experience developing: REST APIs Microservices Enterprise integrations Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise platforms and business systems.

Cloud Platforms

Hands-on experience with one or more: AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience with: Containerization (Docker) Kubernetes Cloud-native application development Databases & Data Platforms Strong understanding of: Relational Databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB) Azure Data Factory (ADF) Snowflake Databricks Data Governance and Data Quality practices DevOps & Observability Experience with: CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Monitoring and Logging tools Application Observability Performance monitoring and troubleshooting Nice-to-Have Skills Experience designing high-scale distributed systems.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and AI solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced and evolving technology environment.
