About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Python Analytics Dashboard & Application Developer who is passionate about building modern, data-driven web applications. If you enjoy transforming complex datasets into intuitive dashboards and interactive analytics tools, this role is for you.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable analytics applications that enable smarter business decisions. This is an prospect to work on impactful projects using modern technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop interactive analytics applications using Python (Dash preferred, Streamlit acceptable).
- Build engaging dashboards, charts, KPI cards, and drill-down visualizations using Plotly.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces with CSS, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
- Create data entry forms and editable tables with strong validation and user experience.
- Perform data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and SQL.
- Implement secure data write-back functionality (INSERT, UPDATE, MERGE/UPSERT) while maintaining data integrity.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to build reliable, scalable solutions.
- Manage code using Git and follow software development best practices.
- Deliver high-quality applications with clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills




- 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development and analytics application/dashboard development.
- Strong experience with Dash, Plotly, or Streamlit.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, and Pandas.
- Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualization applications.
- Strong understanding of CSS, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Databricks or Databricks Lakehouse.
- Knowledge of Delta Lake and modern data platforms.
- Understanding of audit trails, data governance, and secure data management.
- Exposure to React or JavaScript.
- Experience deploying Python web applications in production environments.
