About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python Backend Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, backend frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases, and deployment practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services that power our products.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

· Build robust, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs.

· Develop backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

· Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries.

· Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, QA, and DevOps teams.

· Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

· Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

· Develop unit and integration tests.

· Independently deploy backend applications.

· Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.





Required Skills

· 3–4 years of Python backend development experience.

· Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.

· Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

· Strong understanding of HTTP protocols and RESTful APIs.

· Experience designing and developing REST APIs.

· Strong experience with MySQL.

· Knowledge of SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

· Experience with JWT/OAuth authentication.

· Git version control.

· Docker and containerized deployments.

· Independent deployment experience.

· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

· Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Comfortable working in team-oriented Agile teams.

Preferred Skills :

· Redis

· Celery

· RabbitMQ or Kafka

· AWS, Azure, or GCP

· Microservices Architecture

· Swagger/OpenAPI

· Linux

· Startup experience

Educational Qualifiction :

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
