Candidates who are currently located outside Vijayawada but are open to relocating to Vijayawada are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and facilitate engaging, inquiry-driven learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework .
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting that nurtures curiosity, creativity, confidence, and independent thinking.
- Design learning experiences that encourage questioning, exploration, collaboration, reflection, and student agency.
- Integrate transdisciplinary themes, key concepts, ATL skills, and learner profile attributes into classroom practice.
- Support the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of every child.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to address the diverse learning needs of students.
- Collaborate with grade-level teachers, subject specialists, the PYP Coordinator, and leadership team for planning, reflection, and curriculum development.
- Maintain strong communication with parents regarding student progress, classroom learning,



and student well-being.
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor learning and provide meaningful feedback.
- Maintain student portfolios, learning documentation, progress records, and classroom displays.
- Participate actively in school events, assemblies, professional development sessions, field trips, exhibitions, and parent interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in IB PYP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and concept-driven pedagogy.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a caring, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with teachers, coordinators, parents, and school leadership.
- Reflective, flexible, creative, and committed to continuous professional growth.
- Candidates open to relocating to Vijayawada will be considered.
