We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and career-oriented graduates who wish to build a long-term career in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Development, and Project Procurement.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities for engineering and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and vendor records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding material dispatch, delivery status, and invoices.
- Maintain procurement databases, purchase records, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, and Project Teams for smooth material procurement.
- Support vendor registration, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in market research for identifying new suppliers and cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials required for ongoing projects.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com, BBA, MBA (Operations/Supply Chain), BA,



B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
