Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for building material procurement.
- Identify and source materials based on project and customer requirements.
- Handle quotations, purchase orders, price negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct field visits to meet dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and suppliers.
- Generate sales opportunities and develop new client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely material delivery.
- Maintain vendor, customer, quotation, and purchase records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in building material sales, purchase coordination, or procurement.




- Experience with building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, plywood, sanitaryware, hardware, paints, pipes, or construction products will be preferred.
- Strong vendor/client negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic purchase documentation.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and vendor/client visits.
- Candidates with experience handling builders, contractors, dealers, and architects will be preferred.

Additional Information

This is an Internal Hiring position with (ICS).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
