We're hiring: Property Portfolio Manager at Jaadooghar- REMOTE FULL TIME

Jaadooghar is a travel platform for boutique, experience-led vacation homes across India, currently live in 44 destinations. We're early-stage, growth-focused, and building a lean, high-ownership team.

We're looking for a Property Portfolio Manager who can genuinely execute day to day tasks and show ownership.

What you'll own: End-to-end relationship management with hosts/property owners and guests

Day-to-day portfolio operations: pricing, availability, quality, and guest experience Working across OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), Channel Managers, PMS, and CRM tools (Hostaway, eZee, Cloudbeds, or similar) What we're looking for: ✅ Strong execution mindset:



someone who takes ownership and moves quick ✅ Hospitality / short-term rental background strongly preferred ✅ Comfort with tech tools across OTAs, CM, PMS, CRM ✅ Ability to work directly with hosts and clients, building trust and solving problems in real time The fine print: ? Remote, full-time.

Compensation is modest. We're an early-stage startup, actively looking to fundraise in the near future, and this role comes with real upside as we scale. Best suited to someone who wants to build something from the ground up, not a plug-and-play corporate role.
