Role Description The Property Manager – Gurugram (Entry Level) is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring units are guest-ready, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Responsibilities include communicating with guests and owners, resolving basic operational issues, and collaborating with housekeeping and local vendors.

The Property

Manager will monitor property performance, collect feedback,



and help implement process improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and owner returns. This role offers hands-on exposure to tech-enabled hospitality operations and the opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling organization. Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests, owners, and vendors.

Basic operations and coordination skills, including scheduling, follow-ups, and on-ground problem-solving for property-related needs.

Customer service mindset, with attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Comfort with technology and digital tools, such as mobile apps, property management systems, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.

Ability to work on-site across properties in Gurugram and the Greater Delhi Area.

Entry-level experience in hospitality, real estate, or facility management is preferred but not mandatory; internships or part-time roles in similar domains are a plus.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management, business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.

Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about tech-enabled property management in a fast-paced environment.
