Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for guiding prospective buyers and tenants through property selection and transaction processes. Daily activities include meeting clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable properties, conducting site visits, and explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available listings, local market trends, and company projects, while preparing proposals, coordinating documentation, and supporting negotiations to close sales.

Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Consulting and real estate advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Strong communication skills, including explicit presentation and active listening in face-to-face and phone interactions.
- Customer service skills focused on building trust, managing inquiries, and providing responsive follow-up.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in lead conversion, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector, preferably in Kerala, including local regulations and market trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in property consulting or real estate sales is an advantage.
