Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Build and enhance GenAI solutions leveraging Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Evaluate LLM responses and continuously improve model outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
- Develop AI assistants, chatbots,



and knowledge management solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Create prompt libraries, templates, and best-practice documentation.
- Conduct experimentation and A/B testing for prompt optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Developers on AI projects.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral).
- Good understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search.
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating AI models into applications.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, prompt tuning, and fine-tuning techniques.
