Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Technical to lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a solid technical background to drive planning, execution, and delivery. You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects, from initiation through deployment and support

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather and refine requirements

Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure adherence to schedules

Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks,



and implement mitigation strategies

Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements

Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies and ensure effective execution of ceremonies

Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, DevOps, and external vendors

Facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders, including regular status reporting

Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, and drive continuous improvement

Oversee change management processes and handle scope changes effectively

Provide technical oversight and support architectural or design discussions when needed

Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and governance standards are maintained

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus

PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are highly desirable

Experience 7 to 9 years is required

Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale technology projects

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworks

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project management methodologies

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar

Solid technical background (programming, system design, or architecture)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities
