Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of market research and data collection projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing logistics for data collection, monitoring data quality and compliance with project protocols, and resolving operational issues that could impact timelines or outcomes.



The role involves supervising expediting activities, inspections, and validation processes, preparing project documentation and status reports, and communicating regularly with clients to align expectations and report on milestones.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to process improvement, risk management, and best practices that enhance the efficiency and reliability of research operations.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions, ensuring timely movement of tasks, materials, and information.
- Inspection and quality control skills for monitoring data collection, verification, and compliance with standards.
- Logistics Management skills to oversee operational workflows, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, statistics, or a related field; project management certification is an advantage.
- Experience in market research, data collection, or related industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office and project management software tools.
