Role: Technical Project Manager Exp: 12+ Yrs Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Program Management Manage end-to-end software project delivery from planning through deployment. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Track project progress and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates. Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.

Software Development Management

Lead software development teams across multiple technology stacks. Drive architecture discussions and technical solution reviews. Establish coding standards, development best practices, and engineering governance. Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define requirements and priorities. Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.

Quality

Assurance & Quality Engineering Define and implement enterprise-level QA strategies and processes.

Drive

Shift-Left Testing,



Continuous Testing, and Quality Engineering practices. Establish quality metrics, release readiness criteria, and quality gates. Oversee manual and automated testing activities. Ensure effective defect management and root cause analysis.

Continuously improve product quality and customer experience. Automation & DevOps Leadership Champion automation-first testing strategies. Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment reliability.

Promote AI-assisted development and testing practices. Monitor and improve automation coverage and release quality. Team Leadership & People Management Lead and mentor Developers, QA Engineers, Automation Engineers, and Team Leads.

Conduct performance reviews and career development planning. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Build high-performing engineering teams aligned with organizational goals.
