Position Description Position / We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results driven IT Project Manager to join our team under the designation of Manager Consulting Expert. Based in our Bangalore office, you will be responsible for spearheading complex, high impact IT projects from conception through to successful deployment. As a Manager Expert, you will bring deep domain expertise in software development lifecycles, cross functional team leadership, and enterprise level project execution. You will act as a pivotal bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure our IT initiatives align with core business objectives. responsibilities Key Responsibilities End to End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple complex IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Strategic Leadership: Act as the "Manager Expert" / subject matter expert within the project, mentoring team & juniors and driving best practices in project governance and delivery methodologies.

Stakeholder Management: Facilitate seamless communication between global business units, technical teams in Bangalore, and external vendors. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent, regular status reporting.

Agile & Waterfall Execution: Champion the appropriate methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid) tailored to specific project needs. Lead sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming where applicable.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, technical risks, and resource constraints.



Develop robust mitigation plans and ensure swift resolution of critical project escalations.

Resource & Budget Management: Collaborate with resource managers to allocate the right talent. Monitor project financials, and ensure optimal utilization of the project budget.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet strict enterprise quality standards, security compliance, and architecture guidelines before deployment.

Required Qualifications for this role Experience: 15+ years of overall experience in the IT sector, with a minimum of 7 9 years dedicated to managing large scale software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or PMI ACP certification is highly preferred.

Certified Scrum

Master (CSM) or Protected Agilist certifications are a strong plus.

Technical Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge of modern IT architectures, and software engineering practices.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven experience navigating the Bangalore IT talent landscape and working effectively in a global, matrixed delivery model. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non technical business leaders.

Experience managing vendor relationships and third party system integrators.
