Position - Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior PMO Resource (Data & Metrics) to support our K-12 accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely in managing and analyzing project data, tracking performance metrics, and producing analytical reports to ensure the successful delivery of projects and enhance learning programs that meet their unique needs. Your expertise will provide insights, monitor project health, and support data-driven decision-making across the K12 vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and consolidate data from multiple project teams and systems to ensure accurate tracking of project performance and health

Maintain and update project data repositories, ensuring data integrity and consistency across projects.

Assist in the creation and management of PMO databases for project tracking

Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and best practices in design, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards

Support the development, maintenance, and automation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics

Generate regular reports on project performance, including status updates, risk/issue tracking, and other relevant project health metrics





Prepare dashboards and visualizations to present data insights in an easy-to-understand format for senior management and stakeholders

Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of concern

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support project decision-making and continuous improvement

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a project management office, project coordination, or data analysis role, preferably within the K12 sector

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a plus

Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data in an efficient manner

Google Sheets and Python programming certification required
