Job Summary

SySpree Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end Website Development and SEO projects while handling client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a Digital Agency environment, excellent project management and client communication skills, and a good understanding of Web Development, WordPress, SEO, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end website development and SEO projects from kickoff to launch and post-launch.
- Plan and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, content writers, and other teams.
- Act as the primary client point of contact and manage meetings, communication, feedback, and expectations.
- Convert client requirements into clear project briefs, tasks, and deliverables.
- Monitor website projects involving WordPress, CMS platforms, React, and modern web technologies.
- Track SEO deliverables including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content, Link Building, and reporting.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain project documentation and updates using ClickUp, Asana,



Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing and payment follow-ups when required.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account-growth opportunities.
- Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Project Management.
- Must have experience working with a Digital Agency / Web Development / SEO company.
- Proven experience managing multiple website development and SEO projects.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, CMS, website development workflows, and SEO.
- Understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Link Building.
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling international/GCC clients.
- Knowledge of Google Ads/PPC, Social Media Marketing, eCommerce, and CRM tools.
- Experience in client retention, upselling, and account management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
