Answers! Are you ready for a role that's dynamic and keeps you engaged? As a Managed Services Project Management Coordinator (AMS), you'll manage a variety of customer projects, coordinating with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

You'll play a key role in driving successful outcomes through effective planning, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement. What You Will Be Doing

Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple customer projects.

Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring delivery remains on schedule and within scope.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project progress, resources, and customer communications.

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing Managed Services delivery quality.

Build expertise in SHL's Managed Services solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Identify automation opportunities and support the development and enhancement of reporting tools, Excel macros, and process automation solutions.

Perform ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to improve operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For: Essential 2+ years of experience in customer delivery,



project coordination, or customer-facing operations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

Experience working in a global environment with KPI/SLA-driven delivery.

Knowledge of project delivery frameworks, automation tools (including Excel/macros), and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
