MOJO HOMES is seeking a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer who can effectively manage site operations while coordinating projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and the internal team to ensure smooth project execution, quality delivery, and timely completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.





Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Schedule and attend project meetings, preparing progress reports and updates.

Ensure timely communication among all stakeholders.

Track project milestones and follow up on pending actions.

Planning & Resource Management

Prepare quantity estimates and material requirements.

Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for projects.

Coordinate procurement activities and monitor material deliveries.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maintain project timelines.

Quality & Compliance

Implement quality control measures across all project stages.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Monitor workmanship and material quality at site.

Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
