Position Summary Salesforce Data Cloud Job Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

Build and manage data ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, segmentation, and calculated insights.

Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, external data sources, and enterprise systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define data strategies and solution designs.

Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.

Ensure adherence to best practices for data governance, security, and platform performance.

Support solution estimation, sprint planning, issue resolution, and production deployments.

Education BE/B.Tech Master of Computer Application Work Experience 3-6 years of Salesforce experience,



including 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.

Solid expertise in Data Cloud features such as Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation.

Experience integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms using APIs, MuleSoft, or ETL tools.

Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data integration, and cloud data architectures.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading small technical teams.

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
