Batterys torage is no longer a “future” line item in our proposals. It’s in live C&I; and residential projects right now — and we’re building the in-house depth to match.

We’re lo o king for someone with real BESS project experience to own the storage side of our work end to end.What you’

ll do:

- Size a n d specify BESS systems — battery capacity, C-rate, DoD, round-trip efficiency, autonomy and backup duration calculations
- Design hybrid solar + storage configurations (AC-coupled / DC-coupled) and validate inverter–battery compatibility
- Build l oad profiles from client consumption data and translate them into storage requirements
- Work o u t TOD arbitrage, peak shaving and islanding scenarios for C&I; clients on MSEDCL tariffs
- Drive

ESS procurement — vendor identification, technical evaluation, RFQs, rate comparison and PO input

- Suppor t execution on site: installation supervision, commissioning, testing, BMS/EMS configuration and handover
- Prepar e technical documentation — SLDs, BOMs,



protection coordination, safety and O&M; documents

What we’

r e looking for:• Hands-o n experience on solar + BESS projects (lithium chemistries, hybrid/off-grid inverters, BMS)
- Comfor t able with the numbers — you can defend your sizing, not just quote a datasheet
- Diplom a

/ BE in Electrical, Electronics or Energy Engineering
- Willin g to travel to sites across Maharashtra
- Solid procurement instincts and vendor negotiation ability
