Develop a clear brand identity aligned with luxury, rarity, craftsmanship, and exclusivity
Benchmark global boutique shows and continuously refine positioning

Exhibitor
Curation (Core Responsibility)
Handpick and curate top-tier exhibitors:
High jewellery houses
Diamond and gemstone specialists
Designer brands and ateliers
Maintain strict quality control — limited booths, no dilution
Build a balanced mix of legacy brands. 3.
International Buyer
Acquisition
Personally lead global buyer outreach strategy:
UHNW retailers
Chainstores, Marquee Brands, Majors
Luxury boutiques
Ensure hosted buyer programs with strong ROI
Build relationships with key global markets (US, Europe, Oceania, Middle East, Far East)

Relationship
Management
Act as the face of the IGJS show internationally
Build long-term relationships with:
Top exhibitors
High-value buyers
Industry influencers
Conduct closed-door meetings, previews, and networking formats
