Project Development Lead

1. Key Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and mapping potential sites pan India for building pipeline for development of hybrid projects constituting wind, solar, hydro, storage, other forms etc. – PD/Land overlap
- Drive cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of necessary due diligence for concluding site parameters necessary for recommending the development sites to management for finalization.
- Finalize terms, commercials, and contracts for initial development of the sites
- Plan and handover sites to the construction team with all relevant initial approvals before the start of the construction.
- Organize management review for appraisal on the progress of the identified development pipeline. Highlighting key risks and issues of the project from time to time.
- Discuss and finalize all key commercials and contract terms with contractors/OEM for supply of WTGs, crane and erection package, foundation,



land acquisition etc for estimating initial budget for the project during bidding stage.
- Support bidding team and providing them with details of the relevant sites to be considered for bid purpose and closely work with bidding team and providing them required details for ensuring timely submission of the bid.
- Apply, secure, and track all connectivity and Long-Term Access required for evacuation of power for ISTS connected projects along with ensuring compliances for such activity.
- Keeping track of all regulatory changes and new transmission networks planned.

1. Desired Experience and Competencies:

- B Tech / BE / M Tech / MBA in power management
- 15+ years of experience in renewable industry
- Good Presentation Skills and Sound Conceptual Knowledge in Project Management.
- Must have handled Compliances as per Corporate Governance Norms and Procedures, Agile and Leadership Oriented.
