Role Description The Project Coordinator/Sales & Growth role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves coordinating mental health service projects, tracking timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication among internal teams and external partners.

The individual will support sales and outreach activities by identifying potential clients or partners, following up on leads, and contributing to growth strategies that expand The Mind Veda’s impact. Day-to-day tasks include organizing meetings and sessions, maintaining records and reports, assisting in marketing and promotional efforts,



and ensuring that client interactions are professional and supportive. The role also requires collaborating closely with the expert team to align project plans with service quality and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
- Sales and business development abilities, such as lead generation, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Basic marketing and outreach skills, including organizing campaigns, events, or awareness activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused and empathetic approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in execution.
- Comfort working with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, communication platforms).
- Interest in or exposure to mental health services or social impact work is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Social Work, Management, or a related field preferred.
