Project Coordinator | IT

PAL Infocom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Mohali.

Position: Project Coordinator – IT

Location: Mohali

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry: IT / Software Development

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and monitor multiple IT projects.




- Track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Developers, Designers, QA Teams, and Clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely task completion.
- Prepare project status reports, MOMs, and project documentation.
- Identify project delays, risks, and dependencies and escalate them proactively.
- Assist in requirement gathering and client coordination.
- Support Project Managers in smooth project execution and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination/Project Management in an IT company.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum will be an advantage.
- Client handling and stakeholder management experience is preferred.

Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA or related field.
