ExpoConnect is a leading exhibition stand design & build company operating globally. The company specializes in custom and modular exhibition stands, experiential displays, brand activations, logistics, and event services.

We are seeking a motivated Architect Project Coordinator who can bridge creative design with execution, manage client communication, and ensure delivery excellence across event and exhibition projects.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the design team to conceptualize & develop exhibition stands / display structures.

Create and review technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

Translate client briefs into production-ready architectural drawings and layouts.

Coordinate across design, fabrication, logistics, and client servicing teams.

Track project progress, deliverables, and ensure timelines and budgets are maintained.

Draft and send professional emails, proposals,



and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct site visits to oversee fabrication, installation, and event setups.

Liaise directly with clients to gather feedback, explain design intent, and address concerns.

Required Skills

Strong software proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Strong design detailing and spatial visualization ability.

Ability to draft clear, qualified emails and documentation.

Organized and able to multitask across different projects.

Exposure to event/exhibition/fabrication workflows is a bonus.

Comfortable with occasional travel and onsite supervision.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
