Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1–4 years of experience to support our project delivery teams in managing and executing software development projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of software development processes and are eager to build a long-term career in project management.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking software development projects.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Gather project requirements and break them down into actionable tasks and deliverables.
- Organise and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Maintain project documentation, trackers, timelines, and meeting notes.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Support resource planning and task allocation activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, changes, and deliverables.
- Assist in coordinating client communications and follow-up activities when required.
- Work closely with senior project management team members to improve project delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Project Management roles.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Solid communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project documentation.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Based in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, or willing to relocate.
- Previous experience working with software development teams.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the project management domain.
