This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring smooth execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and meet established objectives.

Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global collaboration and deliver successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity.

Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.

Strong knowledge of project tracking and issue management using Atlassian JIRA.

Experience in configuring and customizing workflows, dashboards, and reports within Atlassian JIRA.

Ability to integrate Atlassian JIRA with other project management and collaboration tools.

Skilled in monitoring project progress and generating actionable insights through Atlassian JIRA.

Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies supported by Atlassian JIRA.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
