We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate to assist in planning, executing and closing projects/Change requests efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a valuable grasp of project management tools like Jira and strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are well-tracked, deadlines are met and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Maintain and monitor project plans,



change requests and enhancements
- Track and manage tasks using Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolution
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations using MS Office
- Coordinate meetings, follow ups, and communication between teams and stakeholders
- Identify project risks or issues and communicate them to the Project Lead
- Support senior project managers and contribute to process improvements Knowledge/Skill/Behaviour:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 1–1.5 years of experience in project coordination or management support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Jira and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
