- Manage day-to-day program operations and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor program targets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure smooth implementation of training/skill development projects.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Handle team coordination and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Education, Skill Development, or Project Management.
- Robust communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
