Program Manager (HR) – Employer Branding &

Campus Hiring

Location: Andheri (WFO)

Contract: 6 Months

About the Role

Lead employer branding and campus hiring initiatives to strengthen the company's employer brand,

build relationships with premier institutions, and attract top early-career talent through strategic engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

- Develop and execute employer branding strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Partner with Marketing, TA, and Business Leaders on employer brand campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer branding platforms.
- Create employee stories, leadership content, culture campaigns, and recruitment marketing collateral.
- Measure branding effectiveness through engagement, reach, applications, and employer brand metrics.

Campus Hiring

- Design and drive annual campus hiring across engineering, management, and target institutions.
- Build relationships with universities, placement cells, and student communities.
- Plan hackathons, case competitions, webinars, workshops, guest lectures,



and internship programs.
- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Drive internship-to-full time conversion programs and analyze hiring outcomes.

Program Management

- Manage multiple hiring and branding programs simultaneously.
- Collaborate with HR, TA, Marketing, Business Leaders, and Communications teams.
- Manage budgets, vendors, events, and recruitment partners.
- Build dashboards, track KPIs, and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PG in HR or Marketing preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Employer Branding, Campus Hiring, Talent Acquisition, HR Programs,

or Recruitment Marketing.
- Experience managing engineering or business school campus hiring is preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with recruitment marketing and social media campaigns
