Role & responsibilities

- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

- Developing recent programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

- Creating and managing long-term goals.

- Lead the efforts for indigenization and localization

- Responsible for obtaining business licenses with MHA, MoD and other govt agencies

- Responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives such as representation in business expos and conferences

- Developing a budget and operating plan for the department.

- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, delivery, and quality.

- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.





- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

- Working on strategy with the management

- Proposal & Bid Management

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business/engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in program management.

- Proven stakeholder management skills.

- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.

- Understanding of project/program management.

- Exposure to SAP Sales & Distribution
