About the Role

We are looking for proactive and organized Program Associate Interns to support the end-to-end execution of the HustleX Fellowship. The role involves managing student admissions, onboarding, program operations, community engagement, and coordination to ensure a seamless fellowship experience. Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Interviews

- Conduct 9–10 student interviews daily.
- Evaluate candidates based on interview guidelines.
- Record interview feedback and maintain interview trackers.
- Schedule interviews and communicate outcomes.

Student

Onboarding

- Coordinate onboarding for selected students.
- Share program information and onboarding resources.
- Support orientation sessions.

Program

Operations

- Maintain student databases and trackers.
- Record attendance and update leaderboards.
- Track assignments and mission submissions.

Community

Management

- Respond to student queries.
- Follow up with inactive students.
- Encourage engagement within student communities.

Session

Coordination

- Schedule workshops and meetings.
- Send session reminders.




- Coordinate with mentors and manage attendance. Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Maintain operational documentation and Google Sheets.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
- Attention to detail.

Preferred

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in operations, student management, recruitment, or event coordination is preferred.
- Comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with students.

- 9–10 interviews conducted per day.
- Timely and accurate interview feedback.
