Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS- Assistant Manager to manage reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in MIS reporting, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data visualization, with excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to stakeholders.



This role requires someone who can transform data into actionable business insights while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

Design and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.

Monitor key business metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Utilize Advanced Excel for complex data analysis, reporting, and automation.

Support management with financial, operational, and performance analysis.

Present reports and insights effectively to leadership and business teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.

Strong experience with Power BI (mandatory).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query,



Power Pivot, advanced formulas, and dashboards.

Experience working with large datasets and database management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to present complex data in a easy and meaningful manner.

Comfortable working in a Work From Office (WFO) environment and Night Shift.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.

Exposure to Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.

Experience in process automation and reporting optimization.
