Seeking a Unix/Linux/Windows problem solver to support applications within the Operations division. The individual will be involved in resolving system exceptions and supporting end-users.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to system monitoring, batch stream management (Autosys), and resolving service interruption events in a timely manner.

Skills Required: 3 to 5 years working as a technology professional with an emphasis on production support

3+ years experience with Unix and Windows

Understanding Python, Java, KSH, Autosys, SQL ( SYBASE and/or DB2)

Good understanding of database concepts

Strong post deployment problem analysis skills

Self-motivated with strong oral and written communication skills A valuable team player and be able to demonstrate integrity and ownership

Strong ownership mentality with the focus on production stability and customer satisfaction

Comfortable speaking with all levels of management;

Desire and motivation to learn;

Skills Desired

Familiarity with Financial Services Industry knowledge preferred but not required

Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
