Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and production procedures.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, Packaging, and other departments for smooth production operations.
- Monitor product quality according to approved specifications and applicable standards.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of machines, materials, and resources.
- Supervise, train, guide, and evaluate production team members.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper attendance and shift management.
- Identify production problems, delays, breakdowns, and process deviations and take appropriate corrective actions.




- Maintain accurate production reports, batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety within the production area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Minimize production losses, wastage, rejection, and downtime.
- Support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Report daily production status, issues, and performance to the Production Manager.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
