Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur Rural. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and that quality, safety, and efficiency standards are maintained.

The Production

Supervisor coordinates work assignments, monitors staff performance, and resolves operational issues on the production floor. This position collaborates with management and other departments to optimize production planning, manage resources, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate production records,



enforcing workplace safety policies, and supporting training and development of production team members.
