Position: Supervisor

Department: Production / Operations

Location: Kakkadampoyil Plant

Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor production processes and minimize downtime and wastage.
- Manpower Management
- Allocate duties and work areas to workers and operators.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available for each shift.
- Train and guide workers on proper work procedures.
- Quality & Process Control
- Ensure production is carried out according to company quality standards.
- Monitor raw materials, processing stages, and finished products.
- Immediately report quality issues or process deviations to management.
- ETP, Biofilter & Environmental Operations
- Coordinate with ETP/Biofilter operators and ensure proper functioning of environmental systems.
- Ensure environmental procedures are followed during production.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness around production and treatment areas.
- Safety
- Ensure workers follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and equipment hazards immediately.
- Conduct regular checks of the workplace for safety risks.




- Machinery & Maintenance Coordination
- Monitor the condition and operation of production machinery.
- Report breakdowns and maintenance requirements to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with electricians, mechanics, and maintenance personnel when required.
- Raw Material & Inventory Coordination
- Monitor the availability and proper handling of raw materials and production materials.
- Coordinate with the Store Department regarding material requirements.
- Prevent unnecessary material wastage and ensure proper storage practices.
- Records & Reporting
- Maintain daily production, manpower, downtime, and other operational records.
- Submit daily/shift reports to the Production Manager.
- Report production issues, shortages, breakdowns, and other important matters promptly.
- Housekeeping
- Ensure production areas, machinery, workspaces, and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized.
- Ensure proper disposal and segregation of waste as per company procedures.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, Quality, HR, ETP, and other departments.
- Communicate management instructions effectively to workers.
- Support management in implementing new procedures and operational improvements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
