Nibhi Industries Private Limited is seeking a energetic Production Manager to manage production of fibre cement roofing sheets in our Sigiri Roofing Plant in Puttalam District, Sri Lanka.

Minimum Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in a fibre cement sheet plant
- Strong knowledge of production, maintenance, and quality control
- Proven ability in process troubleshooting, waste reduction, and quality improvement
- Experience managing and leading teams. Team player. Willing to guide and mentor team members.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English and Tamil (Sinhala preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Must be willing to relocate to Puttalam District, Sri Lanka.
