- Plan and monitor daily production of SS tubes, tube fittings, adapters, elbows, tees, valves and related components.

- Manage production activities for CNC/VMC, turning, drilling, tapping, threading, facing and other machining operations.

- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, process sheets and customer specifications.

- Monitor machine utilization, manpower productivity, production targets and rejection/rework.

- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Planning, Maintenance and Dispatch teams for smooth production.

- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure proper material identification and traceability from raw material to finished product.

- Monitor production of different materials such as SS 304/304L, SS 316/316L, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Duplex Steel.

- Perform and supervise incoming, in-process and final inspection of tubes, fittings and valves.

Quality Improvement

- Analyze rejection, rework and customer complaints.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, CAPA and 8D for quality issues.

- Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and improve product quality.

- Prepare inspection reports,



non-conformance reports and corrective action reports.

- Improve First Pass Yield and reduce manufacturing defects.

- Support continuous improvement and process optimization activities.

- Check dimensions as per engineering drawings using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauges, Plug Gauges and other measuring instruments.

- Verify OD, ID, wall thickness, length, thread, angle, concentricity and other critical dimensions.

- Inspect tube fittings such as elbows, tees, couplings, adapters, unions, reducers, tube nuts and ferrules.

- Check NPT, BSP, metric and other specified threads as per customer requirements.

- Ensure product conformity with applicable ASTM, ASME, ISO and customer specifications.

- Review material test certificates (MTC) and ensure material grade and heat number traceability.

- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and customers during inspection visits.

- Monitor calibration status of all measuring and testing instruments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
