Production Shift Incharge High Voltage Factory Setting Who you are/: To meet 100% of the daily production schedules specified in the master plan, oversee and manage the sequential assembly or processing floor lines. At the beginning of each shift, use skill/-based manpower layouts and line/-side balance mapping to maximize worker cross/-utilization and cover for unexpected absences. Track and optimize each machine's performance, with a focus on Overall Equipment Effectiveness /(OEE/), reducing changeover setup times, and getting rid of idle slots that aren't productive.

To stop the creation of mass defects and scrap leaks, strictly enforce adherence to standard operating procedures /(SOPs/) and perform hourly spot audits on product parameters.



Directly coordinate with core maintenance teams to expedite repair interventions during unplanned machine trips; guide line operators through fundamental cleaning, inspection, and lubrication loops. Ensure that all technicians rigorously adhere to personal protective equipment /(PPE/) regulations, that gangways remain explicit, and that raw materials are appropriately labeled.
